Campaigns and Shipping. The Basics!
Campaigns last a limited amount of time
Once the campaign has ended...
we source & print your SelflessTee!
Then, we ship them to you via USPS flat rate shipping.
* Your shirt arrives 7-10 days after the campaign ends.
Returns
If a product is damaged upon arrival it's our bad! And we'll work with you on an exchange or refund within 30 days.
Because of the limited runs, there's a good chance we won't have the size your looking to exchange.
If that's the case, we'll work to make sure we can accomodate you on a future purchase.
However do note: We won't be able to refund your money that we've sent to the Non-Profit!
Ordering from more than one Campaign?
If you order from two campaigns that end at different times...
We'll ship you the shirts together at the end of the last campaign! (We hope to provide more options in the future)
Want one shirt earlier than another? Currently ordering them separately is the best bet!

Delivery / Shipping Policy
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Flat Rate Shipping) which takes 3-14 business days depending on your location in the US. From a ‘Selfless Campaign’ completion, printing will happen within 5 business days and your order will ship within 2 business days after printing. From the ‘Store Front’ Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by SelflessTee, of your order. SelflessTee does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not guarantee that we ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. SelflessTee charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
Return Policy
The product may not be returned unless defective. There is no guarantee of return or exchange for a defective item. If the shirt is damaged with a stain, rip, or tear and the item is returned within 30 days of receipt SelflessTee will consider an exchange or refund. In the case of a refund, customer will NOT receive the dollar amount that was donated to the organization from their purchase. Repack the item(s) in the bag your order was shipped in, and return the package to SelflessTee 901 Mission St San Francisco, CA 94103. It is most likely that the print for any specific campaign is an exact number and sizes for the specific users making an order. For that reason, exchanges will not be granted for choosing the wrong size. Please make sure you check the sizing chart, do your research, and find the best fit for you before ordering. SelflessTee will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective.
Refund Policy
In the unfortunate scenario where an approved return is based on a defective product, SelflessTee will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the amount given to the 501c-3 organization. SelflessTee can not reclaim the money you have given to the cause which you support, therefore, that money can not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, simply email service@SelflessTee.comto request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order is from a ‘Selfless Campaign’ and it has not ended (therefore shirts have not been printed) You will receive a full refund of your purchase. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded less the original shipping charges.
